This is what I go through every time I pump:

Argh, I don't want to pump, it takes so much time and I can't do anything.

Well... I get to watch "The West Wing".

There is so much set-up involved in this.

Why doesn't my left boob need so much more positioning than the right one?

Why isn't any milk coming out? What if I am drying up?

Oh, wait, here it is.

Holy cow, I generate a lot of milk.

That only took 10 minutes, I guess it isn't so bad.

Wait, what if that isn't enough milk? Maybe I should add another pumping session today?
