Sinus Infection

This sinus thing is really annoying. Now that I am taking sudafed every few hours it isn't triggering migraines but my sinuses are draining like crazy and they hurt. Also, there is a terrible taste in the back of my throat all the time.

I am so glad I got sinus surgery long ago so I don't get these very often anymore.

Have you tried eating raw garlic? Back when I used to get sinus infections all the damn time, that was the one thing that worked reliably, although my friends didn't appreciate it. ;)
