bertineI went to the dentist today. No cavities which I am amazed by. I have a filling in everyone of my back teeth and until I started using an electric toothbrush I had to get a filling every six months. It sucked.
The electric toothbrush changed that. I can't get over how much a cheap change has helped so much. I have this electric toothbrush. It is $29 from amazon and you can buy it at target. Refill heads are like $4 a piece. It makes a huge difference. Seriously.
