Did you have a DJ or did you do an iPod/laptop playlist? We are doing our own playlist and the first couple hours are all oldies and then we move to more modern music. Zach really did a good job with it.
DJ. So he just played the staples that people request. I just asked there was no Elton John. I SHOULD have asked for no Brian Adams as well. People not dancing was our 2nd greatest fear. People not showing was the greatest.
I'm so impressed that you guys are doing your own playlist! We just gave up and found a DJ, it was becoming so much work. Found the best DJ in the Twin Cities, though, so it definitely didn't suck!
