I'd doubt it. They don't really seem to believe that their website design is meaningful to their business. You would have to do a sales job as to why it would be worth it to them to have a spiffed-up website.

That being said, it's certainly worth asking.

You know the sad thing here is that all the eye bleeding comments up here make me want to point out that this isn't even REMOTELY close to the worst website I've ever seen.
