So, we have our save the date cards addressed and ready to mail. Our wedding website is mostly ready to go. Since we have almost all the addresses already the invitations will go much faster.

I am pretty excited about this.

BTW, you should know that I would invited every person on my friends list if I could but weddings are expensive. Please don't see it as a slight if you don't get an invitation.

Also, marioche69 designed the invitations and I think she did a great job.

(also, people should never assume an invitation to a wedding unless they have reciprocal "you're my best friend" convos with someone. Otherwise, it's presumptuous. I mean, *I* know I won't be attending your wedding. and there's no expectation that you'd invite me, either.

Well, ok, if you were throwing a 500 person shin-dig, I might then expect an invitation, but seriously? Expecting an invite is rude. sheesh. people.)

I sometimes feel weird talking about it so much and then not inviting people. However, I read about other people's wedding planning and don't expect it.

It isn't a 500 person shin-dig, more like 150-200. So there has to be a limit.

I agree Scotia_girl. I too know that I will not be invited and it doesn't bother me. I did tease her once that those of us who don't get invites will have a party out on the street in front of their venue. She reminded me that it will be on Dec 26th and cold out. I keep thinking, "But I'm a Minnesotan with cold weather camping gear, I can do this." LOL!
