Harriet is very social. She pretty much loves all guys and about 75% of woman. She isn't a fan of my mom or lisianthia and will follow them around and hiss.

Harriet is very fond of people food. Her favorite non-meat food item is chips. Also, since you will be staying in the guest bedroom that Eric is moving out of chances are that she will sleep with you if you leave the door open. She is really nice to sleep with because she sleeps on your legs and no amount of moving will get her to leave the bed.

I seem to recall her hissing at me. Then again, she could've been a bit wigged out about all the people in your place.
