Quilt Sandwhich

bertineLast night was my last quilt class. We learned how to make a quilt sandwich, how to pin it together and then had a demo on how to machine quilt. I have a feeling that I am going to be making a couple potholders before I actually quilt my quilt.
Still, I am pretty excited about this. It seems like it is going to be fun to do the quilting. The only thing that I am not looking forward is the binding part since you have to do hand stitching. Sigh. My poor hand. :(
