Caffeine

At what point do I stop feeling sleepy all day after cutting back my caffeine use? The only time I am not tired is between 10 and 3 when I have my one 20oz bottle of pop.

It sounds like it. I am one of those annoying people that can sleep through anything and pretty much anywhere.
