At what point do I stop feeling sleepy all day after cutting back my caffeine use? The only time I am not tired is between 10 and 3 when I have my one 20oz bottle of pop.
Not that I can talk (I'm currently as addicted as ever), but cold turkey seems like the way to go in order to really be able to feel refreshed. As it is, I currently consume 0-2 caffeinated beverages a day and... well... not ever bright-eyed.
The reason I am cutting back is that I am worried that caffeine withdrawl is causing some of my headaches (the ones on the weekend) and so I don't want to go cold turkey because I don't need a migraine.
I drank way more that than a day. I cut it in half and am down to one 20oz bottle (and decaf coffee, which I know has caffeine in it but I like the taste).
