The epidemics of myopia in countries such as Singapore and Japan are due solely to changes in lifestyle, they say, and similar levels could soon be seen in many western countries as lifestyles there continue to change
I actually always figured it was enviroment that made my eyes so bad. I didn't need glasses when I went into highschoool and by time I got out of it I couldn't see past my books. I went to this prison looking high school (south high for those of you know it) and there was no natural light in the place at all.
