Eric's House?

Well... now it looks like Eric might get that house. For half of the amount he was going to pay two months ago. I hope it works out this time. He has wanted a project house for a long time!

Any details on when he might be getting it? Looking for renters? Need a lot of work before that's even a possibility? Jess and I could be a part of the Holmboe family! ;)
