I am not sure. I couldn't do my job without the internet so I am guess it would be a restriction of non-work sites.

See that's really an issue, isn't it. "The Internet" isn't just a fun thing anymore, it's pretty much vital. I can't work without the internet. I can't pay my bills without the internet. Heck, a lot of the times when you're using our credit card, it goes over the internet (even at a store!) A lot of peoples cable box/satellite dish/DVR is connected to the internet. A lot of peoples' game systems are connected to the internet. It's pretty much friggin ubiquitous.

If the question is would you rather go without sex or without using a browser to go to frivolous websites and maybe email, I think the answers might be skewed more towards the latter.

Also I think you should account for what the reality is (i.e., how many people would not be getting sex for two weeks anyway).

Maybe like "surfing the internet, and checking your email". It would be hard for me to manage my money with out the internet. It would be hard for me to talk to my sister (via skype). I wouldn't be on lj.

Exactly, it's not apples and oranges. It's not even comparing fruit! It's like "would you rather give up leaving the house or sex". You can't really manage your life without leaving your house, so it's not a fair question.

Honestly, I'd LOVE to be able to not use/need the internet for two weeks, but I can't do that. I'd PREFER to give it up to giving up sex, but it's a lot more likely to go the other way, historically speaking!
