Iron Deficiency

It is rather amazing that Iron Deficiency has such a huge impact on memory. I know I have had it a couple times and I do remember not being able to think as fast.

I wish I could blame iron on my memory problems...but my iron levels have always been fine when I gave blood, so it must be something else.

i think i am going to. i haven't given blood in a while and i do tend to have low iron levels. i should check it out but no health insurance tends to make that more difficult
