I just got good customer service from Comcast. I can't believe it.

Of course this is after they have fucked up my account for months but the girl I am on the phone with completely took care of everything. Yay!


PS, don't worry, I am only waiting for the Imitrex to kick in before I sleep.

That's two of us. Like last time my internet was having problems they sent a tech over, and he sees my monitor from across the room doing ping tests and he goes "Wow you're getting a lot of packet loss." HE KNEW WHAT A PACKET WAS! And why it's bad to lose them!!!

Oh they didn't really fix anything, but at lest they knew what a ping was.
