Knife Skills

For Christmas my mom gave me a nice knife and Jens and Anne gave me a "knife skills" class to learn to use it. I am ok with using a knife but I love taking classes on things. Anyways, I guess I am the only person that actually would take a class on how to use a knife because it was canceled again. I am disappointed. I think I will just go and buy some baking dishes with my gift certificate instead of taking a different class.

I think I need a bigger cutting board. Mine is about the size of two mouse pads and that just isn't enough room.

I think I'll take you up on that. I have this fear of cutting things.
