Cheesecake

Last night I was going to make cheesecake except I decided to bag up some books to get rid of this weekend and ran across Have Space Suit - Will Travel. There went that evening.

Tonight I AM GOING TO MAKE CHEESECAKE. I bought new pans last weekend and I want to use them!

We made a birthday cheesecake the other day. It cracked like a motherfucker. And someone (not me) unwisely removed the spring pan before it cooled. So we went and bought one.

Those were happy days when I was getting three meals/day of "cheesecake crumble".
