someday i want to be able to watch tv while in the bath. i am sure it is horribly tacky but almost every night i have to choose between taking a bath or catching up on tv shows when really i want to do both.

Why is that tacky? I wouldn't mind that at all. Then again I'd be happy with a bathub that held water and was large enough that I could actually bathe in it.

i don't know why it would be tacky, it just sort of strikes me as tacky. anyways, until my brother moved in my tv was in the closet.

Just don't put the TV IN the bath. Don't use the toaster in the bathtub either... your toast will get soggy.

i used to do that when i was a kid. i would take the little 13" tv from my bedroom and prop it on the toilet across from the tub. it totally rocked.

i did it a couple times when i had my ibook but i couldn't get the sound aimed right to hear it well and i never wanted to move my speakers. i bet i could put a flat screen where the mirror would go (if it wasn't all torn up) then i could watch tv while i am getting ready in the morning.

Everyone has their own preferred decadence.

A woman I used to work with "confessed" that she and her husband moved a coffee maker into the bedroom so they could wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee and drink it without ever getting out of bed.

Lance and I like to watch TV while laying down, so a few years ago we finally just moved the TV into the bedroom. Best decadence EVER.

So if you want a TV AND a bath, why not get a TV for the bath? You're a grown up, you can eat dessert first! LOL!

I saw this renovation show where they put one of those fancy schmancy tv's in the bathroom for perfect tub viewing. I was so in love with that bathroom!

what about those wall-mount tv holder things at Ikea? i've often thought abuot having one in my bathroom with an oldschool nintendo with tetris on it for when i have to take long poop-breaks.
