Anchor Stone Blocks

On slow days at work I spend too much time looking up things I want but don't really need, like these. My grandpa had an old set from his childhood that we would play with when we were kids. I loved them so much and now I want a set of my own.

$2000 for blocks!? They don't look THAT fun. For that much money I could buy tools, fancy wood, and finish and make my own blocks.

well... you get a lot of blocks for that. plus they are stone blocks. plus the ones we played with had to be 60 or 70 years old and still looked great.

well, you only need the first two sets really, unless you are obsessed. that would be like 300 or so.

hey, if i can share this obsession then it isn't so weird.

actually i added it up, it is $2650 total. that is with the new set #26a that i didn't know was out. HA.

now i will spend a few weeks deciding if i really can justify buying them. maybe when i learn what my raise is. hmm...
