i shouldn't eat peanut m&m's for breakfast, it gives me a stomach ache, not to mention that it might be a good reason why i am chubby.

You should eat dark chocolate ones instead, they're infinitely better. (And possibly good for you! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_chocolate#Health_benefits))

They're delicious. My boss has a gumball machine in his office that he either fills with M&Ms or peanuts, and a dish of pennies so we can get a snack whenever we go in to ask him questions.

Since I've been working with him on a new project I have a lot of questions. Sometimes I make up questions just so I can go get dark chocolate M&Ms.

It's fine if you eat them along with low GI stuff like porridge and wholemeal toast. Or just a couple. Or suck them very slowly, so that it takes you all day to eat a bagful.

LOL, i am the type of person that eats the whole bag which is why i am not buying them often lately. i love sugar. the bigger consern than my weight is the stupid stomach ache i have from eating them.

I'd come talk to you if you had candy.

Our head of human resources always comes to talk to me when she's here because I keep candy on my desk. I keep telling her to take it because it's literally been here for months but I think she's just using it as an excuse to talk to me.

Is chocolate a migraine source, or is that a myth?
