yesterday was one year since i bought my second condo! WOO!
also, i bought sandwhich makings for lunch yesterday.

I had fun on bankrate.com. They have an amortization schedule on their site.
Go play around with it. Let's say you go out for lunch during the week and spend $9 on tasty grub.
Then let's assume you brown bagged it instead for $4 a day. You'd save $5 per day, or $25 per workweek ($1,300 per year, or $108 per month).
Assume you took that $108 and applied it to your mortgage; I'll bet you'd have that thing paid off in ten years.

i did that once on fool.com. if i take the 5000 a year that i spend on trips and applied it to my mortgage i would have it paid off 2015 instead of 2020.
the extra 108 dollars gets me to 2018
