Same Sex Marriage

I don't understand why people even worry about this? I mean, why would you move because two women are raising a child together? How many woman have joined forces together to raise children before? How is this any different? Why is the fact that they want to be acknowledged as a couple any different than a male/female couple? sometimes i just want to kick people.

I agree with you so much about this issue. In my town it was nothing to have "different" types of families. Christian radio is pretty much the strongest signal I can get in my building so I listen to it. It's so sad how people get brainwashed. I can see to a certain degree how if someone is "militant" about anything their views are going to effect the child. I don't think children should be denied good, loving, stable homes because their parents happen to be gay.

I've also spent a fair deal of time with gay men and women and whenever the men start bashing straight women I can totally see how if this particular couple adopted a child that child would definately have some issues. But hey most people have straight parents & they've all managed to screw us all up regardless.

my two best friends are a lesbian couple and they are talking about having a baby. they would be the best moms ever and i think that is what people should jugde being parents on rather than anything else. i do agree that some people will just mess up there kids no matter what their sexual ornitation is.
