So, I haven't been to the gym in a month. I am upset with myself for not going. However, when I look at the calendar of days I had headaches with all the nights I worked late, I can see why I haven't been going. Take last night. I had a headache, I went home and was in a bad mood (Sorry
gwangi) and finally my head cleared up at 10:30. I was up for working out then.
I actually sort of hate that I am tracking my headaches now. It makes me more annoyed to see how often I get them.
BTW, I made scones last night. I think they were pretty tasty.
