Weekend

It was a lovely weekend despite me getting a migraine.

Friday Zach came over to my parents house for dinner and experienced all the "Holmborg" in one room while we played Phase 10. It was his first time meeting serinia. He held his own and had a good time.

Saturday I got up, gave blood (and got a huge bruise from it, sigh) and then went to my company picnic with Serinia. It was freezing but there were lots of cute kids there to distract me and then we had an egg toss (Serinia and I won!), arm wrestling (I forgot about this and gave blood out of the wrong arm) and then a raffle. I got a $25 gas card, woo! After that I took a nice warm bath and puttered around until Zach got off work. Then we went to target, bought me a crockpot and my cats a laser pen (and many other things) and then watched Dexter. Half way through the second episode I realized I had a migraine and I took my pill.

Sunday Zach and I went to the Mpls Farmer's Market, ate a fish taco and roasted corn and bought some random food. Then we prepared stuff in the crockpot at Zach's house and I took a nap (after another pill). When I woke up Zach needed to go to my house with his xbox to download stuff so we went over there. I made cookies and hung out with Serinia and Eric. At one point I tossed a glow braclet at Harriet and she bit into it. About 5 mins later I realized that she was acting weird with her tongue and thought something was stuck in her throat. Well... it turns out glow stick insides don't taste very good. I gave her some butter to get the taste out her mouth and maybe she will stop chewing on things.

Then we went back to Zach's to eat and listen to Darkness Radio which cracks me up. I fell asleep again.

Now I am back at work where I have a ton to do for our rollout on the 15th.

Sigh
