Focus Group

This is a focus group that my company is looking for people for this week.

Help shape the future of online real estate searching.

Join us for 90 minutes and tell us about your experience with the Internet and real estate search tools. You’ll also have an opportunity to preview the latest technology for helping homebuyers find real estate anywhere in the country in the nation’s largest MLS database; more than 6.2 million listings.

There are two sessions available each evening.

Wednesday, March 18: 6 p.m. or 8 p.m.
Thursday, March 19: 6 p.m. or 8 p.m.

Weekend Stuff

1. After my last update I took a bath and ended up going back to bed.

2. I went to lunch with lisianthia , spongebobjess and damncutekitty then we went to go get pedicures at a place about a block away from my house. I love this place and will be going there to get a manicure when my fingers heal up a bit.

3. After the pedicure I went shopping at target with Jens and ran into marioche69. Yay! Best quote from Jens about his class "So, this week I think I am going to do a writer's workshop where we focus on the structure of a story", "Um... don't you teach kindergarten?", "Yes, we are going to review the difference between 'beginning', 'middle' and 'end'". Jens cracks me up.

4. Saturday night was a Lebowski at a local bowling alley. I went as the Dude again. It was very fun and I got a little tipsy.

5. Saturday morning I slept in, read the newspaper* and then went to brunch with kevelyn63, misanthropoet and frozenrhino in my Lebowski outfit. I drank way too much coffee (why is coffee so much better at brunch than anywhere else) and couldn't resist the cuteness that is Robot Love.

6. When I finally got home I cleaned my condo, did a couple loads of laundry and baked some cookies. I also stopped by my parents house for dinner (I can't resist pot roast). Then I went to rockband, which was pretty low key but fun anyways. I didn't sing but maybe I will next time.

7. This morning I didn't want to get out of bed because it was so very comfortable.


*Odd fact about me, I always read the obits. I have since I was a kid. Anyways, while I was reading it I noticed that a sort of relative of mine had passed away. I wasn't sure if my parents would know because he is one of my dad's gigantic family so I called my parents and had to explain to my mom that I always read the obits when I read the paper. I am not sure how she didn't know that about me.

Biking

I think I am going to bike to the Y tonight. My poor bike is so lonely in the basement. :(

I really want a single gear bike. I wonder if I could find one and try to fix it up myself. It might be a good spring obsession.

Is it weird that I want to take a bath before I go to the gym? I am not going to but I really want to.
