Biking

I biked to work. It took about an hour but would have taken less time if I

1. hadn't fallen while trying to get on my bike
   
   
   
   1. Had to fix my fender
      
   
   
2. hadn't gotten lost after trying a different route than the one I had mapped out
   
   
   
   1. river road really does end
      
   2. it is Logan, not Morgan that goes through
      
   
   
3. was in better shape

Otherwise it was pretty easy. It was 11.1 miles and I averaged 12.3 mph (I am out of shape). About a third of the ride was right along the river, which was beautiful. I took a quick shower when I got to work but I didn't want to wash my hair because it takes forever to dry, I didn't think I would get so sweaty. Oh well.

I am going to take a different route home. The route looks like it would be around 15 miles but almost all of it is on trails.

I am bringing shampoo tomorrow.

Ride Home

I made it home in 1 hour 20 minutes with an average speed of 9.6 mph over 11.4 miles (Shut up, I love my bike computer). I took a different route that was a little longer but less biking on the road. Also I had to take a break and eat something about half way home (Thank you bella_phenomena for making me think of bringing something with me). So 22.5 miles and I don't want to die. However, tomorrow might be a different story.

I am going to bike again on Thursday (that is if this itchy eye isn't really a migraine in the first stages).
