drinking

no drinking for me for awhile.

I am offically hung over. really hung over. i have bloodshot eyes and little to no sleep.

well, i partied last night.

at least i am ok now, though i haven't wanted to eat anything until i am done with this 7up

Best thing to eat is toast or bread and a glass of milk.

From what I've heard, anyway. Avoid sausage, bacon and pig's feet.

i had some milk, i need sugar and they didn't have gatorade at the shopette downstairs. i made some toast but i don't like toast, i couldn't make myself eat it. i have a banana, that will help too.
