two obsessions in one week, oh my!

the best thing about this whole buying the unit next door thing is how much this can all be done via email. my loan officer emails me about things, the real estate agent emails me about things, the people next door email me. i rarely actually have to TALK to anyone. this is perfect for me.

we are signing the addendum to the purchase agreement changing the closing date to august 30th. i need to get working on those invitations, don't i?

if only they could do the actual closing by e-mail. that would rock.

sitting in that room, signing all those papers.... and all i could think of the whole time was "man, i really have to pee."
