I had a condo meeting tonight where I learned that the people in the condo next to me is selling.

this is my dream. I already have sketched out my plans for what i will do (i did this long ago).

i willhave TWO bedrooms and TWO bathrooms and 1000 square feet of space.

now i must call a loan officer.

Also, i expect every one of you to help me move. :P

my condo is paid off, i am going to try and tie the two together and take the mortgage against the two of them so i can get some extra money (like 15000) so i can pay for the remodling all at once and also i'll have more than 20% equity so i don't have to pay private mortgage insurance and i can get a traditional mortgage.

i have to call my brother's loan officer, she worked out his stuff really well.

the worst will be the 400 a month for assoc fees. bah!
