it is pretty easy to make, easier than grilling cheese. it is like 10 mins of work over 24 hours.

it is easy! you just have to let the buttermilk sit out for awhile, then put it in the milk and let it sit out for awhile then cook it up then let the whole thing sit out for awhile then pack all the curds.

the directions say you have to cut the cheese 1/2way through. Did you make sure to do that?
