OK, I am in a better mood today, however, I weighed myself this morning and desipte all my running and working out I haven't lost a pound in the last month.
i don't think i want to be that ripped. Plus I am pretty pudgy right now, I have 15 pounds that I put on last year while in school that I am pretty sure shouldn't be there.
