I miss being able to eat without issues. Seriously how do you guys who have tummy issues deal with this?

Some heart burn, some bloating, mostly I can eat much at a sitting.

All of this is common and I need to eat more smaller meals but I forget to do so.

Also, right now my allergies are going crazy so most fruit makes my mouth break out.

does eating organic help? What fruits make you not break out?

while taking a class, I've started keeping around shelf-stable healthy snacks around. Sometimes a big tub of dates. Sometimes a homemade health bar thing, which is breakfast cereal plus tahini plus chocolate, mixed and frozen. Carrots?

It is because fruit is pollen. I always have issues with fruit in the spring when my seasonal allergies hit. It doesn't matter if it is organic or not. I'll be fine in a month. It is a weird allergy thing and normally it isn't a big deal but I was eating a lot of fruit.

I have lots of nuts and granola bars around. I just forget to eat them.

The worst fruits are citrus, tomatoes (they are fruit for this purpose) and bananas. Melons can be iffy for the next month.

sadly, you get used to it. you finally learn that eating that thing you want causes more pain than the enjoyment of eating it is worth.

(it has been 20 years for me and I still have a hard time not eating popcorn.)
