reasons today rules

bertineso far at least:
a) love the ipod (yeah, got an ipod lexi, love is blind)
b) ran 4 miles on the treadmill in 30 mins, i didn't think i could
c) i only weigh 10 pounds less than i though, which means i only have to lose 15 pounds to be where i want to (and a lot of flab)
d) bottling my beer tonight. woo!
