Xerxes helping me sew, originally uploaded by bertine.

I am looking forward to going home today. I can't wait to go home, mix up some cookies for [livejournal.com profile] gwangi to take to Billings and finish up the 14 last blocks I have for Serinia's quilt. I finally bought a 1/4 inch foot so it is much easier for me to be consistent. Hopefully this will make things go a little faster on the quilting front.

PS: I really want these. However, I have fabric that needs to be used first. :(

What a helpful (and handsome) kitty, indeed! I have a love/hate relationship with my cats helping me craft. I have one that wants to love the yarn all up when I'm knitting...not the ball, the strand IN my hand. He wants to rub it with his cheek...for hours. Silly cats!

I tend to be knitting and come across a... soggy patch of yarn. Apparently some parts need chewing.

LOL...cat saliva improves the quality of the yarn, right?

I am so sick of ripping out seams. It wasn't even that expensive, I was just telling myself to pay more attention but I finally gave in.
