Baby Rabies

Between all the babies people have been having lately and phoenixredux's post and comments, I have baby rabies so badly right now.

Anyways, I need to clamp down on it soon or I am going to end up not returning one of my friend's babies and ruining a perfectly good friendship. Plus, I have finally gotten used to the IUD so no more changes for awhile.

gwangi keeps trying to convince me that cradling Xerxes in my arms like a baby is pretty much the same thing. However, I am pretty sure most babies don't have claws.

Little baby fingernails can get pretty sharp. You have to trim them with adorable little baby nail clippers to keep them from scratching up their cute little faces. Or, you know, your eyeballs.

Sorry. I've got it SO BAD that I need to inflict it on others, too. It's a seriously contagious, out of control case of Baby Rabies.

I have known many babies with claws. They can scratch your face up pretty good if you don't trim their nails.

I have it, too. My coworkers keep bringing their tiny little infants over. And since Kirby is so large I forget that he was ever that tiny and adorable... le sigh. I should be happy with the little one I have. But I held this adorable little 20 day old last week. I just want 1 more. Or 2... or 5.
