as an internet-proclaimed master of 'cold and emotionless', i'd like to recommend that as a valid means to get you through. just for a day or two or ten until you feel more capable of dealing. it's not always a bad thing.
I tend to turn to apathy. It help me shut things out and do some introspection. Driving in my car and listening to different types of music tend to give me a feeling of being seperate and therefore be able to look at a situation objectively. Not that I'm telling you to do that, just saying. I hope you feel better soon though. :(
I was thinking about that but I don't really like to drive. I usually start working alot on my condo, i work on things that need to be done and try to feel productive. that and spending less time thinking about things i can't change will help alot.
That is what I am thinking. I have felt this way for about a month too. I need to stop feeling for a few days so I can think things through and then I will be fine.
same with me... i'm getting out of this rut... its really depressing... on drudgereport.com today - there are 4 articles of young people killing themselves. crazy.
