migraines community here on LJ. I mean, I have never gone to the ER for a migraine*, I don't really have too much a problem with holding down a job and as long as I stay away from hormones I only get them twice a month. Not so bad at all.
*This might have more to do with the fact that my mother didn't like going to the ER when we were kids. She made a same-day appointment when I broke my hand.
