postehaste, ate breakfast at Ikea and then biked home. Actuallly, the only thing that really hurts is my hip, so maybe I am not that out of shape.
Oh, I did most of this in my new hiking boots. YAY for new hiking boots! (no,sterlingphoenix, they aren't vegan)
