What is your least favorite chore? What is your favorite chore?

I hate vacuuming. I also dislike washing dishes but I am getting better with that. I really enjoy doing laundry.

I hate washing dishes and ironing. I love to clean bathrooms and kitchens, where I can instantly see the effects of the cleaning.

I think I hate dusting the most. You have to move everything around and make sure you don't break anything. Pain in the ass. I don't really mind anything else.

I don't know if I have a favorite chore. It does feel nice when the bathroom is all clean though.

I'm much like you. I hate all things floor-related, don't mind dishes when I set my mind to it, and love laundry. Not a huge fan of dusting.

I can deal with most of the specific chores - washing dishes, laundry, vacuumming, &c. I am not very happy with more general ones like dusting, "cleaning" and so forth. Basically, I'm bad at any of the ones that involve creativity.

I really hate to empty the dishwasher. I don't know why. Its generally a quick and painless task. I also hate vacuuming and mopping floors.

Laundry isn't so bad - although it does often take me many days to put away the clean clothes.

I'm not sure I have a favorite chore. If I could afford it, I'd pay someone to come in and clean once a week.

I am turning into Donna Reed or something, as I love doing housecleaning. I don't know what it is, but I feel so great after I have a clean apartment. But I guess if I had to have a least favorite it would either be cleaning the bathroom or scooping the cat litter.

I also do not like vacuuming.

I enjoy dusting quite a bit, with a swifter duster. I think it's hella fun.

Most of the other chores, I don't mind at all. Dishes can be a little annoying. It seems like doing dishes always makes me work up an appetite, which creates more dishes!

I love cooking, but that almost seems like not so much a chore as a hobby. My second favorite is polishing furniture. I don't have anything that I really hate, either - I just hate when you come home and think, gaaa, crap, I need to clean. And you just feel exhausted. But once I get started, it's always okay!

Once you get me started, I LOVE washing dishes.
I blame my parents for this one as it was my one mandatory chore and I couldn't go to bed if the dishes weren't done.
It's really comforting. I think it turned into alone time in a tiny apt with 3 crazy people. I just put my headphones on and I was gone in my own little world of suds.

I never had a lawn until I moved to college. I HATE MOWING THE LAWN.

I get tics when I even think about dusting. Where does it start? More importantly, where the hell does it end? You start with the mantle over the fireplace, next thing you know you're getting the dust out from the ridges in the woodwork. It's like a vortex I canna get out of!

Washing dishes on the other hand, is just fine with me. Clear, definitive boundaries.

I hate most chores so now we pay a Nigerian woman €10 an hour twice a month to clean the house for us! House never gets that dirty and we do the washing up ourselves eventually..
