Coconut Cupcakes

bertineI think I nailed the frosting on my coconut cupcakes last night. I put little less sugar that usual, used unsalted butter and added coconut milk to it. It is just about perfect. I think I would just use a little less coconut flakes.

gwangi gave me. I was thinking about baking them at rockband tonight if I get out of here in time to go.
Also, my bundt pan and play doh fun factory was just delivered. Now I want to make a pound cake and pixel cookies. I need to stop at my parents house and collect my stuff. :D
