Ouch

Dammit, My right shoulder hurts and I can feel a knot in my back under that shoulder blade just where I can't reach it. This is annoying.

Good thing you know someone who's a massage therapist, right?

I know. I have been meaning to get her to give me a massage anyways. :)

If you have a tennis ball at home, lay on the floor with it under your scapula where the knot is, that should help release it at least a bit.

Something better happened but I need to try that one of these times.

You need a TheraCane. I happen to have one, if you want to borrow it.

What is a TheraCane?

I'd so help you out if I was there. I am going out on a limb and assuming you don't have a trigger point massage cane at work.

I got it taken care of though it is sort of still sore. What is a trigger point massage cane?

They are canes with special knobs on them you can use to pull on Trigger Points yourself. The industry gave them fancy names like "TheraCane" and "Back Knobber."
