bertineTell me ten things you love, right now.
1. I love my hair. Seriously, I would have stopped coloring it years ago if I had realized how nice the color is. Plus it is really getting long now and I can pull it back and it looks nice.
2. I love my bike and the bike paths in Minneapolis. I live two blocks from the Midtown Greenway which allows me to get so many places without having to ride my bike in traffic.
3. I love my kitties and how they cuddle with me in the morning and meow at me because they hate the new food I bought them.
4. I love my condo. I like remaking it into what I want it to be and how many different projects I have to do with it. It is taking me years to finish it but it is my favorite place in the world. The only thing that I wish it had was a balcony.
5. I love my family. I like that we are so close and we all know what is going on all the time. I like that I can go over to my parents house at anytime and be welcomed.
6. I love my friends. It is nice to have people that will listen to you and that tell you that you are awesome. That they will think it is cool that you are taking a class on knife skills tonight and it freaked you out to drive with a knife in your car, even with a guard on it so you wrapped it in a towel and put it in the trunk.
7. I love Holy Land Deli. I am so happy that they are now 5 blocks from my house so I can have hummus and olives whenever I want!
8. I love that I am slowly fulfilling my goal of traveling all over the world. There are so many places I haven't been to but that just means I have lots of places to still go.
9. I love that feeling when I learn something new or think of something in a different way. The last time this happened was last week when I heard that this time of the year we get the same intensity of sunlight as August.
10. I love that I am finally figuring out that it is ok to be who I want to be.
