Do it! The only advice I have is to make them measurable.

Of course it isn't too late to start. You just have to pick a day and then figure out 1001 days from that!

I feel like I am on track. This summer I hope to get a bunch of the condo ones done. I just have a hard time working stuff like that when I can't open the windows up.
