I had the same thing happen to me! Except I haven't lost those 5 pounds yet and still cannot fit into said pants. Although I blame the fact that they have no Lycra.

It is insane. All my shirts fit, so the whole five pounds much be right on my hips! I could wear the pants (and I did because I got rid of all the clothes that were too big last summer) but they were uncomfortable and made me feel fat. Now I feel like the right size again.

It is a great article. I have been meaning to read it all for at least a week but just got to it today. My company uses the same sort of model and it is really interesting how well it works.

Spandex stretches out. That is why I never use it.

I am totally down to 195. I feel way more energetic, and I am going for runs/walks now at least twice a week now (Not like I don't have time..)
