Fremont

My kitty Fremont is sick. The vet thinks it is a kidney problem and I feel terrible because I was gone over the weekend and he got really dehydrated. However, since the vet gave him saline he seems to be feeling much better. He is drinking water a lot and eating much more. Still, he was eating and drinking before too. :\

I'll get the test results tomorrow and I am hoping that it is treatable because I don't want to think about it otherwise.

Also, the reason Eric is a good brother is that he totally took care of Fremont all day while I was at work and he said he would make sure he ate and drank when he is home tomorrow.

I do hope it's nothing serious, hopefully it's something like Girly Boy has and he'll just need special food and mebber some meds and will be feeling better soon.
Do let us know what the results are please, kitties aren't supposed to get sick but they won't listen.

That is what I am hoping for but the vet really scared me, then again he sent him home with me so he can't be that bad.

Fremont is the best kitty. He follows me around and he still was protecting me last night by sitting in the doorway while I was taking a bath. On the way to the vet he just sat on my lap and watched all the other cars go by. I wouldn't even think about letting my other kitties out of their carriers.

I hope so too. I guess it isn't his kidneys, they don't know what is going on. :(
