5. Favourite Song or Album: Varies by what I'm listening to at the moment. Right now I'm listening to a lot of 70s rock - Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, etc. (And some even older stuff - Elvis Presley, etc.)

7. Dirty or Clean: I like being clean, but my mind is totally dirty.

9. Do we know each other outside of LJ? Nope. Well, not in 'real life,' but I guess we did on Robotskull.
10. What's your philosophy on life? How the heck do you sum that up in a journal comment? I tend to live from day-to-day; I'm not much of a big planner. This sort of comes out in every aspect of my life.
11. Is the bottle half-full or half-empty? Half-full, I hope. Otherwise someone's been drinking from my bottle.
12. Would you keep a secret from me if you thought it was in my best interest? Maybe. I'm not terribly good at keeping secrets though.
13. What is your favourite memory of us? I couldn't say.
14. What is your favourite guilty pleasure? Enjoying Kelly Clarkson's music. Loudly.
15. Tell me one odd/interesting fact about you: I'm not a terribly 'emotional' person, but I always cry during sad parts of movies. Additionally, during the chorus of Fleetwood Mac's "Temporary One."
16. You can have three wishes (for yourself, so forget all the 'world peace etc' malarky) - what are they? Haha, awesome.

1) To always have exactly the right amount of money for anything I need. I'd never be rich, but I'd always be able to afford anything I wanted, from a sandwich to a mansion the size of the Biltmore Estate.

2) Permanent killer good looks and hygiene; as much as I like showers, I'd love to have that 15-20 minutes of my day for other reasons.

3) The ability to magically summon pretty much any type of clothing I need, anytime, from thin air. Here's to quick wardrobe changes whenever I want. Dropping food on myself at lunch is no longer a concern!

17. Can we get together and make a cake? It's sort of a long drive for a cake, wouldn't you say? It better be a really good cake.
18. Which country is your spiritual home? What kind of question is that? I guess I have to say the US, being as how it's the only country I've been to.
19. What is your big weakness? A tendency to burn bridges completely and thoroughly when I should probably be more reasonable.
20. Do you think I'm a good person? Very!
21. What was your best/favourite subject at school? English.
22. Describe your accent: I don't really have much of one; I'm from the Midwest. Here's another fun fact for you - I automatically adopt the accent of whoever I'm around, unconsciously. From Southern to New Jersey, from Australia to Filipino, there's pretty much no accent I won't accidentally mimic after 15 minutes or so.
23. If you could change anything about me, would you? Naw, of course not.
24. What do you wear to sleep? It varies by how hot it is: shorts, boxers, or nothing.
25. Trousers or skirts? Trousers. However, kilts are really comfortable (I wore one once as a costume). I can see the appeal.
26. Cigarettes or alcohol? Alcohol. Then cigarettes if I get drunk enough.
27. If I only had one day to live, what would we do together? Probably drive, because we're nowhere near one another! :D

I'm Berttine.  Want to boost your stats with me?".  I like that because it made me laugh and it also led to you being added to my friends list.

Uhh I guess to be able to sleep like a normal person, to get rid of my problems so I can stop taking pills and seeing the shrink, to be happy OR perhaps for a million dollars.  Not sure which one I would ask for.

8. Tattoos and/or Piercings: Right ear. I got punched on my left ear, and after it healed, I didn't dare get pierced again. Scars. The permanence of tattoos scares me, so I wear a white silicone band saying "Desire" that I found at a bus stop in Berlin. Somebody lost their desire, like I did.

11. Is the bottle half-full or half-empty? The bottle is twice as big as it needs to be (That's the attitude you get from constant exposure to an engineer.)
12. Would you keep a secret from me if you thought it was in my best interest? Each time somebody tried to protect me that way, it resulted in serious breakdown. It takes a lot of insight and skill to not kill the person you try to protect, so... I'd be careful. In your case, I'd fucking think my brain to shreds to find a way to tell you the truth in a way that doesn't crack you, and I'd make sure I can hug you all the time while I tell you, and then I'd help you deal with it, but I think you'd prefer the truth.
13. What is your favourite memory of us? Still laughing my head off over that "everytime i talk to you, i find myself using percents" thing, but I also loved the way you said Thank you when I condemned your neighbour. You know how to ask for and accept help.
14. What is your favourite guilty pleasure? Neil Diamond, Shilo (the b/w video). So gorgeously fucked up.
15. Tell me one odd/interesting fact about you: I can raise either eyebrow. Controlled, slowly. It looks super weird. Cracks up people. They don't know how to react.
