Eric and Serinia at Horsetooth Reservoir

I survived driving across half the US with two of my three siblings and my mother. We actually had a fun time. First we drove down to Joplin and saw Erica's new house (but not the boys) and then we drove across Kansas to Colorado Springs. On Monday we drove up to Ft. Collins to spend a couple days with my great-aunt and uncle. I just flew home and mom and Serinia will be driving back on Saturday.
I have tons of pictures from the Garden of the Gods and the mountains around Ft. Collins. I can't wait to to go through them.
My bag got searched on the way home and I think it was due to this clock that I had in it. It is an old clockwork clock that I am sure looked like a bomb or something under x-ray.
It is so humid here. I forget how dry Colorado is until I come back home and feel sweaty. Also, I miss my great-aunt and uncle already. Evelyn keeps saying that she might die soon but I don't know how true that is. She has been living with one lung and radiation poisoning for the last 35 years that sometimes I think she is way too stubborn to die. Anyways, I think I am going to update my other site with a bunch of thoughts about this trip.
