on monday eric leaves for six weeks of training in california and i am oddly sad about this. he is actually a very nice roommate. while he never washes the dishes or takes out the trash, he does always keeps everything vacuumed, he makes sure that harriet gets her eye medicene and when he sometimes leaves me stuff on my desk like this bottle of compressed air that just showed up on my desk. who knew that living with your 8 year younger brother could work out as well as it has? who am i going to watch "house" with?

I love the moon, it is one of the most beautiful things in this world. It is at it's best in the fall when you can hear the leaves rustling and you can't resist the temptation of walking around by the light of the moon. At least serinia was up for a walk with me.
