Nap

I haven't been sleeping all that well lately. I wake up at 4am and can't go back to sleep. I know this happens to some of you all the time but I can't ever remember having this issue. I usually get up, check the internet and then fall back to sleep after an hour on the couch.

This is really making me wish we had a nap room at work.

I have not been sleeping well the past three nights either. It sucks!

I recommend underdesk naps!

I actually thought about it but I don't think it would work in my desk. If this happens tomorrow ill just go to our fun room.

I wish my job had something called a "fun room". The most fun room at work is the little alcove-hall-space at the top of the basement stairs. It's fun because across from the basement stairs is the staff door and I get to go home trough that door.

You know I've always had this problem. So does my father and sister. I just assume it's normal.

Lots of people have it, however, I am a heavy sleeper so it is weird.

On the rare occasion that happens to me I either read my Nook or get up and have so e water and watch the tv with the volume muted. However it's more common that its almost four am and I'm just starting to feel sleepy. I hope you sleep better soon.

Sleep?

WE HAVE DISMISSED THESE CLAIMS.

I want daytime naps.

When I worked for the school district I found this weird room in the basement that had a window that looked out into the hallway and orange walls. I cleared some of the stuff out and moved some comfy chairs out of a storage closet. I found a rug, a little table with chairs, two easy chairs, a side table and a red phone.

I went down there every day to eat my lunch. I never took a nap down there because back then I was never tired (where did that me go??) Now, the memory of having that room haunts me.

I could sleep in the law library on my break, but there are also homeless dudes sleeping there. I've considered booking a meeting room. I've been known to sleep in my car.
