Eric's House?

Well... now it looks like Eric might get that house. For half of the amount he was going to pay two months ago. I hope it works out this time. He has wanted a project house for a long time!

Yeah, the other buyers never showed up to sign the purchase agreement or put ernest money down.

Any details on when he might be getting it? Looking for renters? Need a lot of work before that's even a possibility? Jess and I could be a part of the Holmboe family! ;)
